Representative Doctor Karen Boback hosted a ceremony honoring all veterans who reside in her
117th District. The ceremony, including a special remembrance for POW-MIAs, took place at the
Dallas Area Middle School on Saturday, September 20 at 11:00 a.m.
Representative Boback stated, "This ceremony is free and open to the public, and I look forward
to recognizing the great contributions these men and women have made to our nation".

| REPRESENTATIVE DR. KAREN BOBACK HOSTS TOWN MEETING ON PROPERTY TAXES |
Representative Doctor Karen Boback hosted a town meeting on property taxes on Thursday,
September 18 from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m at the Dallas Area Middle School.
"One of my main goals as a legislator is to reform school funding and the property tax structure,
said Representative Boback.
Representative Sam Rohrer, author of House Bill 1275, known as the School Property Tax
Elimination Act, was a special guest at the meeting and explained his property tax plan.
