| John D. Brougher Named Honorary Chairman |
| Reverend Charles Gommer, Chairman, Friends of Karen Boback Campaign Committee, has announced that John D. Brougher, Colonel USAF (Retired), has been named Honorary Chairman. Brougher retired from the Air Force in 1977 as a Colonel after a 22-year career as a logistics officer. He served his country in many strategic parts of the world. His last assignment in the Air Force Headquarters was most challenging where he was Chief of Aircraft Weapons Systems. The distinguished officer now enjoys living in Dallas with his wife Beverly Slocum Brougher. In accepting the Honorary Campaign Chairman position, Brougher said, “Dr. Karen Boback is a dedicated servant of the people of the 117th District and the state of Pennsylvania. She works hard to make herself available to all her constituents. As our Representative, Karen always wants to know what the people she serves need, and what they want. I am proud to serve as Karen’s honorary chairman.” Brougher joins a host of volunteers signed on to support State Representative Karen Boback in her bid for a third term in office in the upcoming General Election on Tuesday, November 2nd.
